Dispute Policy

Delivery notifications are sent whenever an order is on its way.

It should take a few days or around a maximum of 21 calender days for delivery depending on the item type, delivery mode, customs clearance and customers' payment of taxes where required.

As all shipments are tracked, customers should contact us for assistance if the package is not received within the delivery time period.

Should any items delivered differ from your order, customers must submit a photo of all the items for our immediate investigation and follow-up upon receipt.

All dispute issues must be communicated to VERTIX in writing through support@vertixglobal.com within ONE (1) calender month from receipt of your package.
